Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Major Cities (Pakistan): 2–4 business days
Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order. W&S Enterprises is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
Orders may be verified by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
