Refund policy

At W&S Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering our premium fragrances. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all original accessories, labels, and seals.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products with broken or removed seals.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect product).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by W&S Enterprises.
